REPAIR Group Norms

In response to requests, here are the Group Norms posted and followed during discussion periods at every REPAIR meeting. We've found them very effective at helping us to enjoy honest, rewarding, and mutually respectful dialogue regardless of differences of opinion, background, and experience.
